Merchandiser – Field Force (Project)

About the role

Supply the gondolas and exhibits efficiently and according to the execution guidelines provided by the Field Force Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Place and maintain planograms and written instructions to ensure products are displayed as required.
• Keep shelf space clean and presentable to maximise product exposure.
• Remove damaged or expired products promptly and report stock‑outs, damaged or expired goods.
• Rotate stock using FEFO principles, draw from store storerooms and repack shelves as needed.
• Set up gondola ends and ensure correct price signs and promotional offers are visible.
• Generate reports and liaise with Sales Representatives to resolve issues.
• Develop trade relationships with lane supervisors, attendants and warehouse personnel.
• Plan daily visits, obtain approval for promotional materials and receive orders on behalf of Sales Representatives.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
• Secondary education minimum.
• At least one year of experience in a similar merchandising role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with little supervision.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
