Mid Graphic Designer – Social Media & Skincare

About the role

Dragons is seeking a Mid Graphic Designer who lives and breathes social media, trends, and premium skincare aesthetics. The role will support the agency’s work for skincare, wellness and lifestyle brands across Instagram, TikTok and paid campaigns, creating native‑looking visual content that feels fresh and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual assets for organic and paid social, campaigns, toolkits and presentations.
• Develop social‑first creative that feels native to platforms while staying brand‑consistent.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead, Art Directors and Strategists to ensure visual consistency and craft excellence.
• Elevate product imagery through advanced retouching, compositing and AI‑supported workflows.
• Adapt assets quickly across variations while preserving visual integrity.
• Stay ahead of skincare, beauty and social media trends.
• Iterate quickly under tight timelines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (mid‑level to senior).
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, paid formats, motion‑first layouts).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium visual craft, preferably for skincare, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent eye for art direction, composition, colour, lighting and imagery selection.
• Ability to produce high volumes of assets at scale without compromising quality.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and receive feedback.
• Proactive in identifying visual risks, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.

Required skills

• Advanced photo retouching, image manipulation and compositing.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image generation tools such as Krea, Sora or Adobe Firefly.
• Ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in creating motion‑first layouts for social platforms.
