Mid-weight Designer – Branding & Digital

About the role

Revolt, a global brand communications agency focused on positive impact, is looking for a Mid‑weight Designer to join its growing creative team in Barcelona. You will support both the Barcelona hub and the London team, turning strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions across branding, digital, social and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver high‑quality design work for branding, digital, social media and print projects.
• Own projects from concept development through to final asset delivery, ensuring print‑ready and digital‑ready outputs meet client standards.
• Develop original design concepts that align with strategic objectives and target audiences.
• Support Creative Leads with presentations and creative materials, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across locations, incorporating feedback and maintaining high creative standards.
• Stay current with design, branding and digital trends, exploring new tools and techniques.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within a branding, creative agency or in‑house environment.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling and brand expression.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with Keynote and PowerPoint for presentation design.
• Practical experience with AI‑generated design tools in a professional setting.
