About the role

The Structural Assembler will prepare and assemble metallic and composite components for helicopter production. You will work on hybrid stack‑up assemblies, ensuring each part matches the engineering drawings and work orders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare components for assembly, including metal and composite parts.
• Verify that components correspond to the required drawings and work orders.
• Load serializable components into the tracking system.
• Perform drilling operations, secure structural continuity, and apply surface protections such as sealants or alodine.
• Record all operations in the system and ensure traceability of sealants, paints and other materials.
• Follow environmental management procedures to maintain a safe work area.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work on a fixed‑term contract in an onsite manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Drilling of structural components.
• Application of sealants and alodine coating.
