Nordic Languages Cloud Solutions Specialist - Málaga

About the role

Workster partners with a leading outsourcing/BPO company recruiting a Finnish-speaking Solution Area Specialist for its Málaga office. The role is customer- and partner-facing, driving sales opportunities based on a Level 300 knowledge of a Microsoft solution area (Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infra, Business Applications). It also acts as the key technical contact for the telesales team.

Key responsibilities

• Secure new customer wins for Cloud by maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager
• Present Microsoft Cloud value propositions aligned to customer business objectives and IT initiatives, using solution selling techniques
• Give technical product overviews and insights, and run quick technical feasibility assessments and proposal development
• Audit implementation requirements and pricing calculations so customers receive accurate cost projections
• Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers over Teams
• Deliver group and one-on-one trainings on areas of expertise
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline and operational metrics
• Keep up with cloud capabilities and pricing for Microsoft and competitors

Required profile

• C2-C1 Finnish and B2-C1 English
• 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience; technical sales or presales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred; CS, maths or engineering major/minor is a bonus
• Proven track record of achieving goals, initiative and strong communication skills

Required skills

• Level 300 knowledge of a Microsoft Cloud solution area; Fundamentals certification required, L200 preferred
• Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions preferred
• Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning, and of productivity, collaboration and communications solution design, migration and management
