About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to support the Iberian Leadership Team at Ascendis Pharma Iberia in Madrid. The role will be the primary point of contact for the Madrid office, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and fostering a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to the leadership team, handling appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and expense processing.
- Organise internal and external events, including expert meetings, educational sessions and sales gatherings, in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial and Marketing.
- Maintain and optimise office workflows, supplies, onboarding processes and internal communications.
- Act as the main liaison with HR, Finance, IT and compliance departments.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices and other financial documentation related to office activities.
Required profile
- Relevant academic degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite on Windows.
