About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Officer to join the team at Hotel Occidental Roca Negra in Las Palmas. The role ensures that all hotel installations and equipment operate safely and efficiently, supporting a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations and machinery.
• Ensure correct usage and that maintenance is performed in optimal condition.
• Follow directives from supervisors and adhere to company quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: medium‑level training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio Mantenimiento).
• At least 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective systems within hotels.
• Preferable training in legionella control and pool maintenance.
• Valid category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Team player with good communication and analytical abilities.
