Online Community Coordinator – Spain

About the role

The Online Community Coordinator will keep Vitamin Well, NOCCO, Barebells and Nåbe active and engaging on Spanish social media channels. Working within the Spanish Social Marketing team, you will manage daily publishing, conversations and community interaction to strengthen brand relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Stories.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and conversations across all channels.
• Engage with creators, ambassadors and relevant communities beyond owned channels.
• Support personalised send‑outs, maintain creator and ambassador lists, and drive community initiatives.
• Identify trends, cultural moments and audience insights to inform content planning.
• Produce weekly performance reports and use data to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with Content and Brand Experience teams to maximise activations and reactive content.
• Provide audience feedback and insights to the wider social marketing team.

Required profile

• Based in Madrid and reporting to the Head of Marketing Spain.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
