Operario/a de Información y Control

About the role

As an Information and Control Operator you will provide essential information and support to the driving staff operating at Madrid Airport Terminal 4. You will work in a dynamic, shift‑based environment ensuring smooth communication between the control centre and on‑site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely information to airport driving staff regarding schedules, routes, and operational updates.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues raised by drivers during their shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and incidents.
• Collaborate with other airport and ALSA teams to ensure coordinated operations.

Required profile

• Residence close to the Madrid Airport T4 work site.
• Proactive attitude with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
