Operations Associate – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our fast‑growing tourism company in Barcelona. You will help plan and coordinate city tours, ensuring every guest enjoys an authentic, local experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of city tours, guaranteeing smooth execution.
• Collaborate with the team to improve tour offerings and act on customer feedback.
• Support marketing initiatives that promote our tours.
• Maintain strong relationships with tour guides and other partners.
• Provide timely customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Contribute to the development of new tour packages and itineraries.

Required profile

• Proactive, enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for travel.
• Excellent multitasking, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
