Operations Project Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for an Operations Project Manager to drive efficiency, scalability and operational excellence across its live‑entertainment experiences. Based in Madrid, you will lead strategic, cross‑functional projects and oversee the full merchandising lifecycle, from planning and forecasting to logistics, inventory management and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing operations team, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end merchandising process, including demand forecasting, inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance and Onsite teams.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
• Develop and implement scalable processes that support Fever’s rapid global growth.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset with strong leadership and project‑management experience.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
