Outbound Logistics Specialist

About the role

StarkStark is expanding its global logistics network for premium electric motorcycles and spare parts. As an Outbound Logistics Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end shipping journey from the production site in Sant Boi de Llobregat to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound shipments of motorbikes and spare parts via road, sea and air, coordinating daily requests with logistics service providers (LSPs).
• Prepare and oversee export/import documentation, customs compliance and Dangerous Goods handling (UN3171, UN3480).
• Coordinate with external 3PL warehouse partners, monitor SLA compliance and resolve issues before they impact shipments.
• Handle in‑transit incidents in real time, keep stakeholders informed and close non‑conformities with proof of delivery.
• Track carrier and 3PL KPIs, approve freight invoices and work with production, planning and customer support to improve cost, lead time and service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or shipping, with hands‑on multimodal transport coordination.
• Proven ability to manage external 3PL warehouse partners.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international transport regulations and Dangerous Goods requirements (electric vehicles and lithium batteries).
• Experience preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, CMRs, Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, customs declarations and certificates of origin.
