Outbound Logistics Specialist

About the role

StarkStark is looking for an Outbound Logistics Specialist to own the complete shipping journey of its electric motorcycles and spare parts from the production site in Sant Boi de Llobregat to customers worldwide. You will collaborate closely with production, planning and customer service teams to design efficient transport solutions, resolve in‑transit issues in real time, and drive continuous improvement across the global logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end outbound shipments by road, sea and air, coordinating daily requests with logistics service providers (LSPs) and monitoring each milestone from pickup to delivery.
• Prepare and oversee export/import documentation and customs compliance, including Dangerous Goods handling (UN classifications for electric vehicles and lithium batteries).
• Coordinate with external 3PL warehouse partners, ensuring inbound/outbound flow, SLA compliance and proactive issue resolution.
• Resolve in‑transit incidents promptly, keep stakeholders informed and close non‑conformities with proof of delivery confirmation.
• Track carrier and 3PL KPIs, approve freight invoices and work with internal teams to improve cost, lead time and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or shipping, with hands‑on coordination of multimodal transport.
• Proven ability to manage external 3PL warehouse partners and maintain strong performance metrics.
• Solid knowledge of Incoterms, international transport regulations and Dangerous Goods requirements.
• Experience preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, CMRs, Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, customs declarations and certificates of origin.

• Transport Management System (TMS) tools
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Outlook, Gmail and Google Drive proficiency
• Familiarity with Incoterms and Dangerous Goods handling
