Packaging & Quality Control Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging & Quality Control Technician to ensure the quality of packaging materials and finished products throughout the inbound and filling processes. You will coordinate a technician team, enforce GMP standards, and drive continuous improvement in a technologically advanced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control and audit samples of packaging materials and finished products.
• Release or refuse packaging components and products based on quality criteria.
• Monitor and follow up on quality control plans.
• Maintain quality compliance among production staff.
• Participate in non‑conformity management and new reference processes.
• Propose process, product, or material improvements to increase operational value.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Senior high‑school level technical training in quality or production is also acceptable.
• Fluent in English; French knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to work three‑shift schedules when required.
• Highly adaptable, dynamic, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Experience in an industrial environment and in managing teams.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and understand stakeholder needs.
