Part-time Lagree Instructor (On-site, Madrid)

About the role

AMA STUDIO is looking for a part‑time Lagree Instructor to join its on‑site team in Madrid. You will lead safe, effective, and engaging Lagree classes for small groups, delivering clear cues and modifications for participants of all fitness levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Lagree classes in both Spanish and English, ensuring a high‑quality experience for each attendee.
• Provide clear verbal cues, hands‑on corrections, and appropriate modifications to accommodate varying abilities.
• Design and adapt class programs to meet the specific goals and needs of different client groups.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and reliability for all scheduled sessions.
• Foster positive client relationships and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.

Required profile

• Lagree certification or a commitment to obtain recognized training by July 2026 (training organized internally).
• Background in fitness, Pilates, personal training, dance, or related movement disciplines.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to cue and motivate groups.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver safe hands‑on or verbal corrections.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
