Partner Engineer, Spain

About the role

Cloudflare is hiring a Partner Engineer in Spain, a high-impact technical sales leader responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle and enablement of assigned partners. You will be the single technical point of contact, acting as trusted advisor, driving technical validation during the sales cycle, architecting delivery readiness and ensuring ongoing partner success. The role focuses on value-based solution selling for Cloudflare One (SASE/SSE) and AI Infrastructure (Workers AI / AI Gateway).

Key responsibilities

• Pre-sales: own the technical relationship with partners, build joint GTM strategies and Technical Account Plans, and cultivate technical champions who can independently sell scalable solutions.
• Drive Partner-Influenced Opportunity (PIO) revenue by qualifying deals, supporting PoCs and demos, and helping partners migrate legacy networks to Cloudflare One and integrate secure AI solutions.
• Post-sales: own the partner journey, co-develop joint services catalogues and managed CF1 SASE practices, and track KPIs for partner service delivery.
• Use Cloudflare OS and AI tools (Agent PAT and Agent Echo) to automate routine technical tasks, and engage partners in the PTAC to share beta software and product feedback.

Required profile

• 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience (e.g. Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager) in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure or networking.
• Proven track record of developing technical talent or champion programs within partner organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Strong technical depth in Cloudflare One (CF1) or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS and application security.
• Familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks or vector databases.
• Understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments, and ability to manage the technical lifecycle of a deal.
• Ability to present complex architectures and AI use cases to partner leadership.
