About the role

Join Levi's® as a part‑time Retail Stylist in Madrid, working a 15‑hour weekly schedule. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.

• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
