About the role

Join LS&Co, a global leader in denim, as a part‑time Stylist at our Barcelona store on Paseo de Gracia. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
