PEM NH90 S&S

About the role

The PEM NH90 Support & Services role is focused on preparing and aligning service offers for the NH90 helicopter platform. You will work closely with internal teams, the customer and the NHI AH to define statements of work, service models and material support schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope of work (SoW) and related activities for NH90 support projects.
• Propose service models and material support schemes tailored to customer needs.
• Establish indicators and Performance‑Based Logistics (PBL) commitments.
• Manage execution activities, monitor fleet availability and develop corrective action plans.
• Track execution progress, analyse service levels and report on performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks, ensuring actions are taken with integrity.

Required profile

• Strong awareness of compliance requirements and a commitment to ethical conduct.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Experience in service offer preparation and execution management within aerospace or related industries.
