People Experience Lead – Iberia

About the role
As the People Experience Lead for Iberia, you will act as the primary bridge between the business units in Spain and Portugal and Mondelēz International’s shared services centre. You will drive the employee experience, promote self‑service tools, and ensure HR services deliver measurable impact across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end employee experience delivery for Spain and Portugal, aligning local needs with shared services.
- Lead a team of People Experience professionals, providing coaching, performance management and handling sensitive employee relations cases.
- Promote self‑service adoption, identify improvement opportunities and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with the People Lead and business partners to align HR strategy with Iberia’s objectives.
- Monitor operational performance, define priorities, and represent Iberia in Northern & Western Europe business unit meetings.
- Contribute to pan‑European and global People Experience programmes and projects.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources (law degree is a plus).
- Approximately 10 years of generalist HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience leading teams, coaching and mentoring staff.
- Strong relationship‑building and client‑focus orientation.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
