Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

COCUNAT is growing and wants a Performance Creative Strategist with a 100% performance mindset within its Growth team. The role combines performance marketing, creative strategy and data analysis to understand why creatives perform on Meta and turn those insights into better campaigns. You will own the creative learning cycle: analysis, diagnosis, iteration, prioritisation and allocation of creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse creative performance on Meta, reviewing metrics such as thumbstop rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, frequency and fatigue
• Diagnose performance by messaging angle, hook, format and audience segment, and decide what to iterate, scale, kill or test
• Track Meta Ad Library, competitors and industry references to find top-performing ads and turn them into opportunities
• Create creative briefs with a clear hypothesis and analyse their outcomes
• Coordinate end-to-end with video editors and designers, prioritising, briefing, tracking production, giving feedback and signing off assets
• Adapt and refine copy (hooks, on-screen text, primary text) to fit each platform and brand voice
• Design and document A/B tests with hypotheses and success criteria
• Report learnings to the Growth team in an actionable way

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in creative strategy, growth creative or performance marketing focused on paid social
• Strong creative judgment and sharp copy skills, able to adapt copy from briefs
• Experience briefing and coordinating design teams or video editors
• Analytical, test-driven mindset; fluent Spanish and English
• Already uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or similar) in daily creative and analytical work

Required skills

• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager for analysis and metric interpretation
• Ability to read a creative as a system (hook, angle, narrative, format) and link it to numbers
• Plus: creative analytics tools (Motion, Atria or similar), TikTok Ads knowledge, and a background in beauty, DTC or high-creative-volume e-commerce
