Portfolio Enablement Manager – Large Format AEC

About the role

HP is looking for a Portfolio Enablement Manager for its Large Format AEC business, based in Sant Cugat del Valles. The role connects product, go-to-market and partner initiatives so that new solutions are launched with clear value propositions, enablement assets and operational alignment. It works closely with Product Management, Sales, Services, Marketing and channel teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive NPI execution readiness across the portfolio, ensuring new solutions are launched with clear value propositions, enablement assets, commercial guidance and operational alignment.
• Build a deep understanding of AEC customer workflows, buying journeys, adoption barriers and value-chain dynamics.
• Translate solution concepts and portfolio initiatives into coordinated launch plans, sales plays, enablement materials and cross-functional deliverables.
• Coordinate execution across DesignJet, HP Build Workspace, SitePrint, AI-enabled workflows and future solution investments.
• Integrate products, software, services, partner capabilities and go-to-market motions into coherent solution offerings.
• Support monetization, pricing, packaging, recurring revenue and ecosystem activation by aligning Product Management, Business Planning, Sales, Services and channel stakeholders.
• Develop integrated value propositions, messaging frameworks and customer outcome narratives.
• Create launch briefs, business inputs, readiness plans, stakeholder updates and decision materials.
• Enable partner and ecosystem initiatives and define and track launch readiness, adoption, enablement and solution performance metrics.
• Partner with worldwide sales and marketing teams on go-to-market motions, sales enablement content, training materials and objection handling.
• Monitor construction technology, workflow digitization, AI, automation, cloud platforms and ecosystem trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, Construction Management, Strategy or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Strategy, Solution Management, Business Development, Consulting or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing strategic business decisions.
• Experience with technology portfolios combining hardware, software, services and connected experiences.
• Experience in AEC, construction technology, workflow software, enterprise SaaS, industrial technology or related industries is highly valued.
• Experience developing business cases, growth strategies, partner ecosystems or commercialization initiatives.
