PR, Influence & Advocacy Specialist – Spain & Portugal

About the role

Based in Madrid, you will lead public relations, influencer advocacy and media activities for the Iberian market, acting as the bridge between European strategy and local execution for all AMOREPACIFIC brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy for Spain and Portugal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Spanish and Portuguese media outlets.
• Manage press materials, media communications and secure high‑quality coverage.
• Identify, activate and manage influencer partnerships to boost brand awareness.
• Plan and execute product‑seeding programmes, including gifting, tracking and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with local agencies to ensure consistent brand storytelling across both countries.
• Organise and execute regional PR events such as press days, launches and influencer activations.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in PR, communications or influencer marketing within the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese skincare and beauty market.
• Proven track record in managing media relations, influencer collaborations and PR campaigns.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
