PR & Influencer Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a PR & Influencer Specialist to shape and deliver our communications strategy across Spain and Portugal. You will drive PR, reputation management, influencer marketing, and social media to amplify our consumer business and strengthen brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end PR campaigns aligned with product launches, innovation, corporate reputation, partnerships and CSR.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships across technology, business, lifestyle and consumer outlets.
• Develop and manage an influencer ecosystem, from creator identification and briefing to negotiation and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute PR‑driven events, press briefings and influencer activations.
• Translate business milestones into compelling stories for media, influencers and social channels.
• Own the PR and influencer calendar and align it with marketing objectives.
• Define and lead social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, X and other platforms.
• Guide junior resources in day‑to‑day social execution.
• Secure speaking opportunities, events and partnerships to boost thought leadership.
• Support crisis communications and manage budgets and external agencies.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing or similar.
• Proven track record in corporate PR, media relations and campaign execution.
• Hands‑on experience managing influencer campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Experience defining and leading social media strategy and content direction.
• Strong storytelling and writing abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with interest in technology and entertainment.
