PR & Media Specialist

About the role

Camper is seeking a PR & Media Specialist to manage the tactical execution of its global PR and communications strategy. The role will coordinate international media requests, support event planning, and act as the primary liaison for regional PR offices and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the international PR network, serving as daily point of contact for regional offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment and timely asset delivery.
• Proactively manage media requests and pitch product news to secure high‑priority editorial placements.
• Execute the global press calendar, handling planning and logistics for Press Days, shop openings, and seasonal shows.
• Monitor and analyze seasonal KPIs, compile global reports, and lead weekly status updates with regional teams.
• Maintain the editorial database, keep contacts current, and identify new media opportunities in fashion and lifestyle.
• Liaise with Photo and Content teams to produce press releases, digital press kits, and other communication tools.
• Manage the Digital Press Room on Google Drive, ensuring agencies have correct specifications and visual assets.
• Supervise the global media archive, tracking clippings and magazine appearances.
• Oversee seasonal sample workflow and support gifting and seeding processes, including order placement in SAP.
• Guide PR interns, coordinate press travel and event logistics, and ensure on‑site execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a press or communications role, either agency or in‑house.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and experience managing global PR projects.
