About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is seeking a motivated intern to support the Corporate Expansion department during June and July at its headquarters in Palma de Mallorca. The role offers a hands‑on experience in identifying and developing new hotel opportunities across the group’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and rollout of strategies to locate and analyse new business opportunities.
• Support the preparation and evaluation of potential hotel acquisition projects.
• Provide administrative and analytical support during negotiation processes.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of expansion projects.

Required profile

• Current university student (undergraduate or graduate) in Business, Hospitality Management, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
