About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is offering a hands‑on internship where you will rotate through key hotel departments to gain practical experience in hospitality operations. This position is based in Alicante and is ideal for students seeking real‑world exposure in a leading international hotel chain.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations across multiple areas: floor service, reception, restaurant and bar service, kitchen, maintenance, guest experience, commercial & events, reservations & revenue, and administration.
• Support tasks related to your field of study and any ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand standard procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational training program (FP), undergraduate degree or master’s program related to hospitality, tourism, business administration or a similar field.
• Willingness to sign a training agreement with your educational institution.
• Any additional requirements specific to the chosen department.
