Pre-Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Pre‑Sales Engineer to support the design and presentation of technical solutions for our customers. This role is ideal for a technically driven individual with 1–3 years of experience who wants to build a career in technical sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, presentations and Bills of Materials.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Cisco products and networking technologies.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and sales professionals to deliver effective solutions.
• Meet assigned deadlines and performance targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in networking, IT, telecommunications, systems engineering or technical sales.
• Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous self‑development.

Required skills

• Cisco products and networking technologies.
• CCNA certification or equivalent Cisco training.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud and IT infrastructure (preferred).
