Presales Consultant – French & Spanish Speaking

About the role

The Presales Consultant will act as the technical bridge between Spacewell’s sales teams and prospective customers in Spain and France. You will translate business challenges into tailored, value‑driven solution architectures that showcase the benefits of Spacewell’s smart‑building portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse prospects’ technical and functional requirements, use cases and business processes.
• Design coherent solution scenarios within budget constraints and create supporting documentation such as solution descriptions and effort estimates.
• Build and deliver compelling product demos and presentations that highlight functionality and ROI.
• Answer detailed technical questions, provide honest guidance and help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales on proposals, value cases and deal strategy throughout the full presales cycle.
• Coordinate non‑standard requirements with Product, Development, Professional Services and Security teams, translating them into realistic scopes.
• Ensure smooth handover of the sold solution to Professional Services with clear documentation and participation in handover meetings.
• Maintain ongoing contact with key customer stakeholders to refine understanding of challenges and adjust solutions as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Spanish and French.
• Proven experience in a presales, solution consulting or similar customer‑facing technical role within the IT sector.
• Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solution designs.
