Principal Marketing Specialist, French & English Speaking

About the role

The Principal Marketing Specialist will lead NTT DATA's marketing strategy in Luxembourg, focusing on demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand positioning. Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior professional will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, aligning marketing initiatives with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the country‑level marketing strategy, translating business goals into targeted campaigns.
• Plan, launch, and optimise integrated demand‑generation programs across digital, events, content, and partner channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop account‑focused initiatives and ensure strong alignment between marketing and pipeline goals.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from segmentation and planning to execution, reporting, and continuous optimisation.
• Provide strategic marketing advice to local sales leadership and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a technology or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering demand‑generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
