Procurement Specialist

About the role

China Three Gorges Europe is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support its Supply Chain Department in delivering renewable energy solutions. You will assist in managing procurement projects, supplier relationships, and contract administration while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive order lists, initiate procurement documentation, and launch RFPs in ARIBA.
• Invite suppliers, coordinate due‑diligence, review offers, calculate scores, and prepare evaluation reports.
• Manage supplier registration, conduct credit evaluations, and maintain supplier data in ARIBA.
• Support audits, collect data for headquarters, and produce monthly status reports.
• Review and correct contract data in the ERP‑Ariba system, validate modifications, and archive signed contracts.
• Provide guidance on ERP‑Ariba usage, assign contract numbers, and maintain the contract ledger.
• Collaborate with internal departments and contribute to policy reviews and internal training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience (5 years desirable).
• Advanced English and Spanish (C1); Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SAP is desired.
