Procurement Specialist

About the role

China Three Gorges Europe is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support its Supply Chain Department. You will assist in managing procurement projects, supplier relationships, and contract administration while contributing to the company’s renewable energy mission.

Key responsibilities

• Receive order lists, initiate procurement documentation, and launch RFPs in ARIBA.
• Invite suppliers to register, conduct due‑diligence, evaluate offers, and calculate scores.
• Prepare evaluation reports, manage internal approvals, and archive project files in ARIBA and SharePoint.
• Review supplier information, approve registrations, and perform credit evaluations.
• Support audits, collect data for headquarters, and produce monthly status reports.
• Review and correct contract data in ERP‑Ariba, validate modifications, and maintain the contract ledger.
• Provide guidance on ERP‑Ariba usage and assist with internal training and policy reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience (5 years preferred).
• Advanced English and Spanish (C1); Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SAP is desired.
