Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Engineer to create intuitive, trust‑driven user experiences for a cutting‑edge biotech software platform. You will work in a fast‑growing, AI‑native company in Barcelona, collaborating with biologists, machine‑learning experts and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scientist‑facing applications for data‑heavy and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Own features from concept through to polished implementation, including light backend and API work.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to translate complex problems into clear, user‑friendly solutions.
• Create interfaces that emphasize clarity, correctness and trust.

Required profile

• Strong frontend development experience with solid product and UX sensibilities.
• Full‑stack capability to own features end‑to‑end (basic backend, APIs, data models).
• Ability to design intuitive workflows for data‑rich products.
• Curiosity about science and motivation to build tools scientists can trust.

Required skills

• React or similar frontend framework.
• API development and light backend adjustments.
• Data visualization and workflow design.
• UX/product design for complex, data‑driven applications.
