Product Manager – Home Décor & Furniture

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Mijas and drive the full product lifecycle for our home‑decor and furniture range. You will own products from concept through launch and ongoing performance, ensuring commercial success and strong brand alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of products – from idea generation and development to market launch and performance monitoring.
• Analyse sales, margins and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Create and maintain accurate product data across internal systems.
• Develop clear, structured, brand‑aligned product naming conventions.
• Collaborate closely with design, sourcing and marketing teams to ensure successful product execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Coordinator or similar role.
• Relevant education such as business or product development.
• Experience in a lifestyle, interiors, furniture or design‑led brand is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
