Product Manager – Upper Extremities (Medical Devices)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Upper Extremities to join Enovis’ Spanish commercial subsidiary in Madrid. The role will drive the implementation of the global Upper Extremities product strategy, adapt it to the local market, and strengthen product positioning and surgeon engagement across Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in defining local strategies, priorities and resource allocation for the Upper Extremities portfolio.
• Execute the global product strategy at country level, adapting initiatives to Spain’s competitive landscape and overseeing product lifecycle actions.
• Conduct market, competition, ASP and ROI analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Plan and deliver medical education programmes, workshops, cadaver labs and clinical training for shoulder and elbow surgeons.
• Provide in‑theatre support, train sales agents and distributors, and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Partner with the Sales team to accelerate segment growth through product differentiation and field execution.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Spanish orthopedic market, hospital tendering and procurement processes.
• Understanding of regulatory and ethical frameworks governing medical devices in Spain.
• Familiarity with anatomy, pathology and surgical techniques related to shoulder and elbow arthroplasty.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs and global product groups.
