Product Sales Specialist, EMEA (Storage & Analysis)

About the role

Cribl, a remote-first company building telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, is hiring its first EMEA Product Sales Specialist. The role covers the Storage & Analysis product lines, from pipeline creation through close, working closely with Regional Sales Managers. It is open to candidates based in the UK, Germany, Spain or the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals with the CEO and Solution Engineers
• Work with Regional Sales Managers on account, close and success plans
• Build tactics and strategies to grow the Storage & Analysis business, including influencing the product roadmap
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Help customers understand the value of the products and articulate the value proposition to engineers and executives
• Forecast predictably and hit sales targets
• Travel across EMEA 25-35%, and occasionally work outside standard hours

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise or strategic sales or pre-sales in security (SIEM & observability) or IT infrastructure, including direct sellers, overlay specialists or Solutions Engineers moving to closing
• Experience with an earlier-stage startup under 1,000 employees or entrepreneurial experience
• Proven track record of large upsell, cross-sell and expansion deals and complex sales processes
• Channel-led sales experience
• Ability to build pipeline and messaging in greenfield territory without a playbook

What we offer

• Base salary of EUR 85,000-105,000 depending on country
