Product & Service Value Proposition Management Manager

About the role

The Product & Service Value Proposition Management Manager will support the definition and execution of commercial strategy for the Mass Market Corporate segment within Retail & Commercial Banking. Based in Madrid, the role focuses on data‑driven decision‑making, performance steering and the launch of high‑impact initiatives across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support countries in defining and rolling out local commercial strategies for the Mass Market Corporate segment, ensuring alignment with global priorities and establishing governance frameworks (KPIs, tracking mechanisms, performance routines).
• Develop analytical reports and tools, primarily in Excel, to identify business opportunities, optimise client segmentation and enable data‑driven decisions.
• Identify strategic initiatives and prepare high‑quality materials and presentations for senior management, translating analysis into clear, actionable insights.
• Contribute to the design and execution of commercial initiatives that drive growth, such as cross‑selling, client acquisition, sector prioritisation and pricing.
• Develop pricing strategies for business segments and support their adoption across countries.
• Assist in the execution of relevant transactions and commercial opportunities, collaborating with local teams as needed.
• Leverage a solid understanding of Corporate & Commercial Banking products, including high‑yield Collaboration Revenues, to support strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in building reports and tools for business performance.
• Proven ability to work across borders and support multiple country teams.
• Deep knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Banking products and revenue models.
• Experience in developing and implementing pricing and commercial growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing senior‑level presentations and materials.
