Professional Oral Health Territory Manager - Murcia

About the role

P&G is looking for a Professional Oral Health Territory Manager for its Oral Care Professional Iberia team, based in Murcia. The role reports directly to the Unit Sales Manager and focuses on building trust with dentists, dental hygienists and other dental professionals so they recommend and use the company's brands and evidence-based solutions. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the usage and recommendation of the brands among dental health professionals in the territory.
• Receive training to present oral health solutions through the brands and services.
• Build trusted relationships with dental clinics, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
• Communicate the scientific evidence and benefits of the solutions to patients and professionals.
• Contribute to the regional strategy of Oral Care Professional Iberia and adapt it to local opportunities.
• Organise and take part in dental congresses, trade fairs, training sessions and scientific exchanges.
• Manage a small warehouse of high-value materials used during visits, in line with company stewardship, control and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, with strong academic results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and growth mindset.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and turn strategies into action.
• Spanish and good English; valid driver's licence and regular travel within the territory.
• Nice to have: previous experience in oral or dental health sales, healthcare, pharma or scientific fields.
