Project Delivery & Site Execution Expert

About the role

PowerCo is building a new gigafactory in Sagunto, Spain, to produce battery cells for sustainable mobility. As a Project Delivery & Site Execution Expert you will bridge planning and on‑site execution, ensuring that complex installation plans are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BSI trades and installation activities on‑site, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, equipment suppliers and specialist trades.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules aligned with equipment installation plans, track milestones and KPIs, and manage change control, risk mitigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate interfaces across building, process, mechanical and electrical disciplines; review drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with PowerCo, Volkswagen Group and project requirements.
• Resolve technical and operational issues by linking planning, execution, commissioning and stakeholder teams.
• Oversee multi‑trade implementation and commissioning across production areas, facilitate communication with VSMs, BSI teams, suppliers and management, and prepare clear daily, weekly and executive reports.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction, installation or project delivery.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sagunto and to cover rotating shifts.
• Fluency in English and ability to submit a CV in English.
