Project Manager – Cross‑functional Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate transversal projects across multiple business areas in our health‑and‑wellness portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will work in a lean, collaborative team and drive product‑related and industrial initiatives from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects covering product launches, reformulations, industrial operations, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, aligning timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables across departments.
• Collaborate with international teams to adapt global processes to local requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between departments, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain clear communication with senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify issues early and implement fast, practical solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Support industrial and operational projects linked to manufacturing sites, supply planning, sourcing, and process optimisation.
• Handle a high volume of simultaneous projects while upholding strong organisational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Processes, or related fields.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, CMOs, consumer healthcare, pharma, dermocosmetics, food, or FMCG environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial operations, product lifecycle, and cross‑functional project execution.
• Engineering or technical background is highly valued.
• Proactive, resilient, action‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
