Project Manager – eContent (Packaging & Digital Shelf)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead e‑content and packaging projects for a leading FMCG client. Based in Barcelona, you will coordinate end‑to‑end development of packaging artwork and digital‑shelf assets across multiple European markets, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance and on‑time market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage artwork updates for new product launches, packaging changes, regulatory updates and business continuity initiatives.
• Brief production teams according to brand guidelines and track project timelines.
• Maintain accurate project status in internal artwork platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues to protect launch schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure digital‑shelf assets are built in line with market regulations and guidelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in packaging production, preferably within FMCG, beverage or regulated industries.
• Experience working with brand or marketing teams and understanding of consumer audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
