Project Manager – Global Business Services

About the role

The Project Manager will lead international, regional and global projects across multiple functions such as Product Supply, Legal, R&D, Quality, Finance, IT and HR. You will join Bayer’s Global Business Services Projects Team, applying the VACC leadership principles to drive transformation and value.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and timelines.
• Steer projects to achieve program goals and ensure alignment with best‑practice methodologies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, risks and progress.
• Develop roadmaps, resource plans and change‑management strategies.
• Identify IT requirements early and coordinate delivery and budgeting.
• Measure performance, identify improvement areas and manage stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a project‑management environment.
• Project‑management certifications (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP, Prince2).
• Outcome‑oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
• Fluent English.
