Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple customer implementation projects for a fast‑growing SaaS company. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to go‑live and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of several implementation projects simultaneously, covering discovery, planning, deployment and transition.
• Maintain alignment with scope, schedule, budget and quality standards while proactively mitigating risks.
• Lead customer‑facing meetings such as status updates, steering committees and project reviews.
• Coordinate technical, customer success and delivery teams, defining responsibilities, dependencies and deadlines.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and workflow automation to streamline administration, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project performance, analyse data and develop forecasting to anticipate delivery challenges.
• Handle escalations, collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems to provide visibility into project health and resource planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, templates and AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations, professional services or consulting.
• Strong grasp of core project management principles such as scope, planning, risk, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders in delivery‑focused roles.
