Project Manager Officer (PMO) – Finance Transformation

About the role

The Finance Transformation program is building a unified global operating model. As a Central Finance Local Entity Coordinator, you will bridge the Central Finance project team and a European legal entity, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long‑term sustainability of the new finance model.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the Central Finance project team and the local legal entity.
• Coordinate local deployment activities: data collection, process mapping, testing, and cut‑over preparation.
• Support collection, validation, and migration of financial master data.
• Align local processes with the Global Core Model and facilitate workshops, training, and SIT/UAT testing.
• Monitor project progress, escalating risks, issues, or dependencies as needed.
• Support cut‑over activities, ensure operational readiness, and participate in hyper‑care issue resolution.
• Promote adoption of new processes, systems, and governance standards.
• Post‑go‑live, serve as the Central Finance reference point, maintain financial master data, and contribute to future system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in finance, financial systems, ERP implementation, project management or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and experience with financial systems/ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with financial master data structures, reporting hierarchies and finance processes.
• Experience supporting projects, system implementations, testing activities or process improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level, certification required).
