Project Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Thöni Sustainable Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of biogas and renewable energy plants. You will be responsible for guiding projects from contract signing through final acceptance, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage projects from contract award to successful hand‑over.
• Coordinate work across trades, equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and lead internal project teams.
• Control project budgets, timelines, and revenue outcomes.
• Travel internationally, with a primary focus on assignments in Spain.

Required profile

• Completed technical education (higher technical college, university of applied sciences, or university).
• Several years of project management experience in plant engineering.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor.
• Experience in international contract management.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on international sites.
