Project Manager – SaaS Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex customer implementation projects for a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry with AI‑powered solutions. You will own the delivery lifecycle from kickoff to go‑live, working with an internationally distributed team and a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, managing all phases from initiation to deployment and handover.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Facilitate customer meetings, steering committees and status reviews, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, implementation consultants, solution engineers and customer success teams.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools and automation to improve efficiency, reporting and project visibility.
• Monitor performance, proactively identify risks and drive escalation when needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and templates.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations, professional services or technology environments.
• Strong grasp of project management fundamentals: scope, planning, risk, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects with high organization and attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with external customers in a client‑facing delivery role.

Required skills

• Project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Smartsheet, Rocketlane or Precursive.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Notion AI.
