Project Manager – Smart Logistics & Automation

About the role

Geek+ is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of smart logistics solutions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and ensure successful hand‑over of automated warehouse and factory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from kickoff to hand‑over, acting as the main point of contact for all delivery aspects.
• Align scope, schedule and resources with sales and functional teams.
• Create and own internal and external communication plans.
• Motivate the project team and drive on‑time delivery of deliverables.
• Spend at least 50% of time onsite during installation and testing phases.
• Plan project budgets, monitor margins and manage invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor payments.
• Control scope and manage change requests with the client.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience in warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL or automation.
• Business‑level fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region (up to 60‑80% of the time).
• Strong sense of responsibility, resilience and ability to prioritize multiple complex situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar IT infrastructure.
