Project Manager Specialist

About the role

WEEWOO S.L. is looking for a Project Manager Specialist to join its mobile apps and games development team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines in line with departmental planning.
• Prepare technical tasks, define workflows, and set realistic deadlines.
• Act as the liaison between production, internal leads, external developers, and clients.
• Support the department head with reporting, process analysis, and improvement proposals.
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients, explain workflows, and resolve issues proactively.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of digital project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and excellent communication with all stakeholders.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) for handling most project documentation.
