Quality Assurance Specialist Junior

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at AB‑BIOTICS S.A. The role supports the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System across a broad portfolio of regulated products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System in line with FSSC 22000, ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.
• Record, track and follow‑up deviations, claims, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and prepare related documentation.
• Support environmental control monitoring activities.
• Provide assistance for internal trainings and documentation reviews, including specifications and Certificates of Analysis.
• Participate in internal and external audits, preparing evidence and supporting audit teams.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences; Pharmacy degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
