Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

The client is embarking on a transformation journey to boost internal productivity. As the Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead, you will drive data‑based decision making and embed Lean and Six Sigma practices across global sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional global projects through the DMAIC cycle to eliminate waste and non‑value‑added steps.
• Support the company productivity program and help sites meet yearly targets.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, predict issues, and implement preventative actions.
• Establish a continuous‑improvement culture and provide training on Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑analysis tools.
• Define, set, and implement performance‑improvement strategies, including KPI development and monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate expectations into project deliverables.
• Assist and lead digitalisation and automation initiatives, such as predictive maintenance.
• Standardise best practices and embed new processes into existing workflows.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment applying Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Proven ability to work with senior management and influence change.
• Strong statistical background with experience in reliability analysis.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing and implementation of Lean tools.
• Six Sigma training and certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt preferred).
• Statistical analysis and reliability analysis (e.g., Weibull).
• Data analysis and visualization.
• Digitalisation, automation, and predictive maintenance concepts.
• KPI definition and performance‑management frameworks.
